The StudiesServiceCentre (SSC) is the central drop-in point for students of the Faculty of Business, Economics and Science. It offers competent and reliable advice on all questions relating to the organisation of your studies and legal concerns. Queries by email, telephone or in person are dealt with during opening times.

The Admission Office
For questions about the admission to any programmes of the University of Vienna, be it a Bachelor or Master programme, the Admission Office is your go-to option. Their website offers much information on a variety of issues surrounding the admission process, and they are available for further questions via telephone or e-mail contact.
If you wish to be admitted to a PhD programme please consult the Centre for Doctoral Studies instead.

Austrian National Union of Students (ÖH) - I-BW
The Austrian National Union of Students may provide help for issues concerning both life in the University, but also life outside the University sphere. The different study programmes each have their own representatives, which are elected by the students themselves. International Support
If you wish to spend a semester at a different university, or are an incoming exchange student, and find yourself with questions un-answered, you may find the help you need with the SSC's International Support Team. They can give you advice regarding a wide range of issues, such as financial support or how your internship is recognised for your studies.
