Summer School on Accounting 2023

This year the Summer School on Accounting will take place in Bern, Switzerland, from June 7-9.

Jointly organised by members of the LMU Munich, the University of Bern and the University of Vienna, in early June the Summer School on Accounting will once again welcome PhD students and young post-doctoral researchers who aspire to deepen their knowledge on current research issues in accounting.

The Summer School on Accounting is held annually, and organised jointly by Prof. Dr. Alexis H. Kunz (University of Bern), Prof. Dr. Thomas Pfeiffer (University of Vienna) and Prof. Dr. Christian Hofmann (LMU Munich).

Renowned scholars from various universities are invited as instructors to give young researchers a chance to deepen their knowledge in the field of accounting, gain insights in current research in the field, and discover possible avenues for future research.

This year's instructor will be Shana Clor-Proell (Neeley School of Business, TCU), teaching about Experimental Research in Accounting. The course will take place in Bern from June 7-9, 2023. Application closes on April 17, 2023.
