We are happy to let you know that the manuscript for "How to Get Better at Flatter Designs: Considerations for Shaping and Leading Organizations with Less Hierarchy", written by Prof. Reitzig,  has been accepted for publication as a point of view article in the Journal of Organization Design.The article provides a synopsis of the (almost) homonymous book which is scheduled for publication with Palgrave MacMillan in February.

The peer-reviewed journal is focused on publishing research concerned with various structures, systems and processes that drive organizational outcomes, and is open to submissions that seek to contribute to the understanding of the foundations of organization design, as well as looking into new developments and phenomena.
